The Florida Resource Center for Women and Children (FRCWC) is a 501 (C) 3 nonprofit advocate and provider of programs, services and solutions to end family violence, namely domestic abuse and violence, in Palm Beach County, Florida.
FRCWC works to empower individuals, families, policymakers and the community-at-large, providing domestic abuse and violence prevention, intervention and education programs that promote peace in the home, on the streets and throughout our community.
FRCWC supports the right of all citizens to live in peace, safe from abuse and violence and adheres to a standard of excellence in its programs and services that inspire mutual trust, respect and an understanding that violence perpetrated against another person is grounded in an abuse of power by the offender and reinforced through intimidation and coercion. We seek an end to the despair and tragedy of family violence through strategic advocacy and systems change to improve the outcomes for survivors and their families.
